CITY OF WYOMING PROJECTS
Burton Street Reconstruction - Burlingame to Clyde Park (including work on Osmer) (Anlaan Corp)
Contractor is working in the area of Burton between Kamp Avenue and Clyde Park Avenue. They have completed pavement removal. Watermain installation is in progress working from Kamp Avenue towards Clyde Park. Contractor also plans to begin watermain installation on Osmer Avenue, working from north to south.
Boone Avenue Watermain Reconstruction - Lacrosse to 36th Street (Wyoming Exc)
Contractor is working from south to north starting midway between Lacrosse and 36th Street installing watermain. Closure of 36th Street is tentatively scheduled for June 11.
56th Street and Byron Center Dual Left Turn Lane - (Brenner Exc)
Advance notice signage is planned to be installed next week and construction is scheduled to start on June 15.
PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
1200 – 44th Street - Armory Fireline (Kentwood Exc)
Work is completed.
3738 – 52nd Street - Salmon’s View Residential Development (Excel Exc)
Work start date had been delayed, likely starting after July 4.
2931 Burlingame Ave - Shea Ravines Residential Development (Thornaple Exc)
Site development is in progress. Watermain connection in Burlingame Avenue is complete. Reconstruction and paving of the roadway will be completed this week and all lanes reopened.
300 36th Street – Corewell Heath (Pioneer Construction)
Contractor plans to place ADA ramps for 36th Street crosswalk this week. This work will require 1 lane in each direction to be closed.
