CITY OF WYOMING PROJECTS
Division Avenue Watermain – 36th St to 44th St (including work on Maplelawn) (Dykema Excavating)
Phase 1 is complete except for minor clean-up and top course paving.
Phase 2: is complete except for minor clean-up and top course paving. Installation of new streetlights is in progress.
Phase 3 Contractor expects to complete final tie-ins this week and all watermain work will be complete. They are also placing gravel base in preparation for paving. Concrete replacement is in progress. Paving is planned for next week, weather permitting.

Wyoming City Center Bridge Project (Anlaan Construction)
Bridge is complete.
Wyoming City Center Trail 7 (Wyoming Excavators)
Contractor preparing place concrete in Pinery Park along Dehoop Avenue. This will require a lane closure in DeHoop from Belfield to the south end of Pinery Park. He is also working on preparation for paving between Roos and Michael and through Veterans Park.
Wyoming City Center Trail Project (Katerberg-Verhage and Strain Electric)
Contractor is working to finish and railings and lighting within Pinery Park.
Burlingame Avenue Resurfacing – 36th St. to 52nd St. (Rieth-Riley)
Contractor milled and paved the first lift on the west half of Burlingame. The top course of paving on the west half is expected to be completed today and traffic will be shifted tomorrow. Milling and paving the east half of Burlingame is planned for late this week, through the weekend, and into the beginning of next week.
PRIVATE DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Corewell Health Watermain & Fireline (300 – 36th St., SW) – Connan Inc.
Contractor is working on Right Turn lane and traffic signal on 36th Street. This area has been paved and Pavement Markings are planned for later this week. Traffic signal installation has not yet been scheduled.
Holtwood Street (old GM Plant off Buchanan Ave) – Dan Hoe Excavating
Final paving on Holtwood was delayed again and is now scheduled for this week. The Southbound curb lane of Buchanan will have intermittent closures at Holtwood Street.
Malta Woods (N. off 56th, E of Wilson) – Fischer Idema
56th Street is open but will need to close again for a short duration to correct paving issues and for paving the top course of apshalt.
Rivertown Valley Phase 7 (Reserve Drive/Nile Drive area) – Schippers Excavating
Contractor is correcting some issues with the base course paving. Paving for the top course has not yet been scheduled.
Courtyard at Wyoming (4051 Del Mar Drive) – Excel Excavating
Installation of drive approaches is scheduled for this week. This will require a lane closure on Del Mar Dr and on Ayreshire Dr.
