These are the types of projects we fund:
- Generally - Neighborhood associations, neighborhood improvement, community development, youth development and welfare; environment; education; scholarships.
- Special Projects - The Board reserves the right to seek applications specific to any area of interest and/or target funding to specific initiatives at any given time.
- Types of Support - Equipment; seed money/program development; operating support.
About the Grants
We accept letters of approach all year round. The Board of Directors may fund any amount; however, the typical grant awards range from $500 to $3000. Once the Alliance Board of Directors award a grant, the funds need to be used and reported on within a year of when the grant was issued. Recipients are also required to electronically submit quarterly reports and a final report at the end of the grant period.
