Learn the basics of the Korean
martial art form of Tae Kwon Do.
This class focuses on flexibility,
concentration, balance, and self-
defense under the supervision of
an instructor.

how to defend themselves.

Take your first step to becoming an Olympian! These camps are for individuals
with little or no fencing experience. By participating in various games, campers
will not only have fun but will become acquainted with fencing stance, movement,
strategies, and rules. All equipment is provided!
